I got this gift for a friend who is a firefighter and a huge Caps fan. The sign was very nice and made well. I initially had it personalized, but my notes did not go through to the production cycle, so upon arrival it was not personalized the way I had wanted it. However, after reaching out to the company, I was almost contacted immediately to receive the personalized information to be remade and shipped out the same day. Once I received the second sign it was perfect. The base is nice as you can use batteries or a USB cord. You also have a ton of colors to choose from as well! I highly recommend this item as a nice gift for any firefighter that is a big hockey fan. Thank you for quality service!

I have used Marty couple times and the items I ordered came out beautiful. Second item I forgot about the football emblem and he personally called me and told me I forgot . I'm just writing incase anyone was on the fence about ordering this item. The work was great and I loved the end result, but most of all I like the customer service given by Marty. When ordering my item, I might have not been clear about the custom wording on my item. After calling Marty and explaining my situation he was very helpful and more then happy to satisfy me.

I made a post earlier in the week stating I never received the product to which I ordered and was insinuating I was ripped off. Since that postI have talk too Mirror Magic and though I have not yet received the product I ordered through communication I realize there was a wrong address given. That is my fault and for that I apologize. Realizing this mistake I offered to pay for to re ship but I was kindly denied and said they would correct the address and resend right away. Again I am sorry for the mix-up and thank you for staying and being professional and understanding. I would use this company again.

Loved it, as did the person to whom it was given as a gift. The sheet music within the letters of the personalization were an awesome and totally unexpected bonus.
